Proposal Title: Dead Market, 04/09/2008, Other

Proposal Synopsis: Oil prices have increased abnormally since the invasion of Iraq. Then stock markets have started surging up unusually around the world (including in my country). Where did this money in stock exchanges come from? This is nothing but money laundering. Bloody profits from the oil have been converted into stocks, bonds and cheap credits around the world. And this was just hush money to the world. Take your share from the cake and shut up! From the middle class to the rich, everybody enjoyed the abundant and cheap money without interrogate the source. Some one million people or so have died! who cares! I have the money! Everything seems so mundane. I can't find a word to describe awfulness of this situation. This is a dot matrix screen or something like they use in the stock exchages to show the values of the stocks instantly. I just changed the stock names with the dead people's names. If possible names of the dead people can be updated instantly. This can be a monument or an installation in a public space, preferably in the city center to remind us that how cruel/disgusting we are.
